Please report it to the police, there are a few names involved with this company that keep cropping up so just tell what you know to the police plus it might help with regard to getting money back if you have a crime number etc. You can no longer e mail them either as e mails are no longer able to be delivered......surprise, surprise!!!!!!!!!!0

i have also had that email, received it this morning and so did 2 of my friends who also used the site. have sent them an email but i guess i won't get a reply from them, have emailed multicards, trading standards and also watchdog.

HELP!!!0 -
I have just been emailed by the above mentioned website to inform me that I will not be receiveing my 4 V festval tickets for next weekend as their supplier has let them down and are no longer trading!! I assume that as I was, a lot of people will be disappointed as the websites sold tickets for all the most popular festivals.
They have told me to get into contact with my credit card issuer as they should give me a full refund due to "not receiving the goods" Does anyone know if this is true as credit card helpline not open til monday now!!
Also I booked a hotel room for the weekend which is non refundable will the credit card company reimburse with this cost?0 -

Not got a lot of experience with this but Gut Feeling is that who ever you paid
for this should refund, I understand the Credit Card bit and it is a possibilty but would stress that whoever you paid the money to is due to refund, hopefully someone with more knowledge will come on soon, best wishes and good luckSealed pot challenge 5430 -

You should be able to do a chargeback for the tickets, however it is unlikely that you will get anything back on your hotel room because you could still use it (though I appreciate why you would not wish to!).Gone ... or have I?0 -

The seller is no longer trading, therefore if the OP chooses to claim from them they will go into a long line of creditors, and would not receive anywhere near the amount they paid.
If the OP paid by credit card, or by Visa debit, there will be no problem in getting a chargeback.
Edit: I was incorrect on the Visa debit chargeback. You can do a chargeback, but only if the transaction was within the last 120 days.Gone ... or have I?0 -
I received email to day from this website saying that I won't receive my tickets as they had a problem with supllier and are no longer trading. Am currently trying to get refund from my crdit card company!! I can'tbelieve it0

mollymoo03 - the email did send, well i haven't had a failure message back yet and that was over 2 hours ago.
Have been looking at protection for debit cards and it seems as long as its a visa we should all get our money back from the banks.

I've received the email too and I paid for the tickets on my Visa Debit card. I understand what someone has posted regarding a visa debit card having protection but does this still apply if I don't have any company details to pass on to Barlcays and if the company has gone out of business as they stated in the email?0
