Lose weight 5

Glad

Pink has kindly allowed me to start 'lose weight 5' as a continuation from 'Lose Weight 4' which has now reached 31 pages,
I started the first 'I wanna lose weight' 2 yrs ago and it has gone on and on,
although I did make a good start myself I dropped out due to a back problem which led to me becoming quite depressed, then just as I got motivated again last year I fell ill with food poisoning which left me with reactive arthritis for 6 months,
now I'm ready to start again and have joined e-diets via tesco website I weigh myself and they provide menus to choose from and then I print out a shopping list which means I have a meal plan to follow and only have in the food I need,
I'm not sure I'm ready to post my weight just yet but I did lose 4lbs the first week and am halfway through the second,
I've read the 'lose weight' threads every week and you have all inspired me to try again and to join in here,
Glad

Glad wrote:no I'm cooking the same evening meal for everyone, although they often have a garlic bagguette or extra potatos, hubby also needs to lose a bit so he doesn't mind eating the same meals
I'm doing Slimming World and my DH is eating mostly the same, it would be hard to do seperate food...which plan are you following Glad, there are quite a few on there I see?0 -

Wow my best ever was 3.5 so very well done, not sure the password is appropriate  although the SW way of cooking chips is pretty good.0 -

They're good (the chips) aren't they? I mix through some parsips done the same way and the kids are none the wiser
I think the 4.5 was a bit of a fluke, wasnt well at the start of the week and hadnt eaten much, that helped i think! It'll probably on be on by next week lol!0 -
