Hi XLT Hunter
Don't worry sometimes it takes a few weeks for your body to adjust to new regimes ,if you average it up over 2 weeks to a month it should even out.I'm sure if you keep at it the lbs will soon be dropping of you.On my 3rd week at SW I put on 1/2 lb and was devastated and went home and drank a bottle of wine as I felt if I had put on weight I might as well have enyoyed myself? Its a long hard slog but it will be worth it.
Regards Maxine :T :T

Hi all
I'd like to join this thread if that's OK? I've been around on earlier version.
I've lost shedloads (5.5 stones), but rather lost my way over last few months, regained 0.5st stone and trying - with varying success - to get back on track.
I have ME/CFS, so activity ( nevermind exercise ) is limited, so it's got to done by diet alone. I'm at home most of the time and find it all too easy to visit the fridge very often !

Welcome blue-kat, congrats so far but instead of visiting the fridge, get typing on here and we'll all support you.
I have a back problem so excessive exercise is difficult for me too but I push myself into doing it as being overweight is bad for my back too (no win situation!)
The support is always here when it's neededI haven't got one!0 -
Hi there, was wondering if i could join in too?
I went to WW for the first week last Wednesday, im doing the no-count plan and am finding the ' no crap' thing hard but i have to do it this way as I really am an all or nothing person. Hope I can get some extra support here and give it to others too
Ive got to go from 15.3 and a half down to around 11 ston and I think if I worked it out right i need to loose about 22 pounds to get that magic 10% off .. . god its gonna be a long ride!!!:EasterBun ...what more do I need to say?!
its all in the name of medical science.0 -
Hi to blue-kat and klare good to have you with us, the more the merrier on here. I had a flexible syns night out last night, we went to my favourite restaurant (to celebrate Valentine's day as I am away on Tuesday) and I had some stuff I don't eat on a day to day basis. I didn't have too many glasses of wine in my defence but the scales will probably tell the truth this week. I am cooking a roast dinner today, nice piece of topside and lots of veggies.0

Well, I have got the slow cooker out yestersday and cooked a batch of curry beans (mixed dried beans soaked overnight) in little oil to fry the onions - I never made anything soooo hot
something to bear tears to my eyes
I have enough for a few days, so jacket sweet spuds etc and hope it "burns" up the fat

Welcome and good luck to all who have joined this thread.
I have lost 1lb, this week, which is not ideal, but I can't complain as I still haven't been able to fit in any exercises. Must try harder this week.
Good luck to everyone for next week.0
