Good luck Lipstick Lady, try to stay off the large biscuits and by July, you'll be fine
    I started at 11st 3lbs and have lost 9lbs in 4 weeks.
My progress chart on SW website predicts that if I keep going I will be 9st 1lb by 17th April.
My target was 15th April as we are going to Tenerife but I'm sure a can squeeze another two days out of it!!!
    I haven't got one!
  • thanks everyone!
I was wondering what should i class the biscuit as? IT was quite large and had coconut, raisin and oatmeal in it??? I know its a syn, but dont know how i should record it ! help!
  • oh and friend of dorothy, yes it will freeze for about a month, i cut it into portions and freeze that way, well wrapped in cling film. and will keep in fridge for 2-3 days. for those who asked corned beef is now syns on slimming world, i loved the corned beef quiche when it was free but now i think corned beef is 3 and a half syns per 100g on the red plan. hth.

What a cheek, I've been eating this for years thinking it is sin free

When did this happen then,I suppose it's my own fault for not going to the classes

I lost another 1lb this week, my hols in 2 weeks and I am happy to report my holiday clothes are fitting me fine, I have dropped a dress size which feels good.

Betty re WW I lost 3 and a half stone with WW 10 years ago but it's all crept back on plus a bit more,:o the plan was similar to SW but IIRC the fruit was more limited.

I tried it again about 3 years ago but used my job as an excuse not to suceed, now I can find suitable food in my car every day and if I don't take it I can always eat bananas till they come out of my ears!

I am a WW Gold Member in theory but hovering way above the target which means I would have to pay so I thought I would try SW with some friends as a new class opened the week we started.

Well done to Glad and hello to Lipstick Lady who seems to have discovered flexible sins (I have them after every weigh in, last night it was 2 glasses of very nice red wine with my dinner) and well done to alfietinker too.

Sorry for rambling I have just got in from a long drive and I need my bed!
