    Sorry for interrupting your thread, does anyone know if you can freeze the slimming world corned beef quiche?

    I dont see why not Dorothy. I've frozen quiche before and reheated it. You should only freeze it once though. I havent tried the quiche - is it nice?

  • Yes it is very nice, but I can never eat it all on my own and some of it ends up in the bin :confused:

    Have you got the recipe FOD? I didn't think we could have corned beef for some reason and it's something I like to eat, probably why I need to go to SW on the first place.

    I've been really bad all day today, Been at home minding DD who is unwell and all I have done is eat - all last nights hard work undone in a day. I have eaten chocolate all day and just to look good am going to have SW chips for tea :rotfl:
    Need to get back on the right road tomorrow, not the rocky one Ive been on today :(

    I know that I need to exercise too so yesterday got out my exercise DVD and did a 20 min workout yesterday,
    today took dog out for a walk and ended up doing 3 miles so feeling good :D

    I've just cooked the lamb and potato curry in the latest issue of the SW magazine - it was really nice, you'll have to try it! Also did the tandoori chicken drumsticks at the weekend and they were nice too!
