Hi klare
congrats on making a start, hang in there and you'll soon get accustomed to being junk-food free.
I dont' like shop curries or take aways anymore, genuinely don't want to eat them !:j
WW No Count seems like an excellent fad free plan, a plan for life.

Hi Solitaire
congrats on the pound off, it's going in the right direction and they do say losing 1-2lbs per week is the healthy steady way to do it !
keep it up because 'little' losses really add up.

Hi blue-kat
Yes I did reward myself with an indian head massage on friday morning. My company had a therapist in for the day only thing was my slot was at 9.30am so I looked a right mess for the rest of the day with coconut oil in my hair.
I am trying to do something special for each 1/2 stone ,something that I would not normally do ,so far I've had a manicure ,a pedicure,my eyelashes dyed and now a head massage.
When I've lost weight before I used to have food treats but now I know that as much as I enjoy them at the time I can't say no and one sweet will lead to the whole packet so I try not to.
Thanks for your encouragement
Maxine

Hi Klare
Well done on starting and I know its daunting to think about 20 odd lbs before you lose 10% but if you break it down to smaller goals of say 4lbs then thats 2% than that feels easier to achieve.
I use the track my progress on SW on line where you can input your weight at the beginning and update each week and it "predicts" based on current weight loss when you will hit target.
I've also made my self a chart where I colour in a box for each lb I lose and the date -sometimes I have to go back over -and its on my wall in work so that I can see it all the time and so can my colleagues so that helps me not be too tempted.
My colleagues at work now don't offer me any treats and thats the way I like it -if only now I could my husband and kids not to eat chocolate and crisps in front of me
Keep up the good work

Only lost half a pound this week but at least it was off rather than on. Did some baking yesterday and fear I may have sampled a little enthuastically! Oh well, another week, another start!
Good luck to all you weight losers this week, and Happy Valentines Day for tomorrow- stay off the chocolate! :heartpuls

Well done honey28, still going the right way. I've had this dreaded bur thingy all week so I'm dreading my weigh in today. Haven't walked as much due to feeling rough but then haven't eaten as much due to lack of appetite but I'm not holding out much hope for today...I haven't got one!0
