Dont hold your breath for a good deal guys! My upgrade saga has been well documented in previous posts, but my 30 days notice came and went yesterday without a peep from 3 and I was never offered anything more than same as website despite being with them for over 5 years. I'm very disappointed. I hope you all do better!0

got though to a very nice lady who i could understand very well 
but still not managing to get anything offered that i cant get new from them. 0 -

i have 2 contracts at this price due to end in september,eligible for upgrade now. phoned today and will only give me a nokia 6120 as an upgrade or any phone i want but only if i pay £27 a month instead of my £20. or they will give me a good phone but only if i go down to mix and match 300 for £15 a month. told them i'll cancel.0 -

I'm on this deal too and am therefore due for an upgrade, if I choose, in the next couple of weeks. Am just giving it some thought, and was wondering if anyone knows or can remember if this 7 quid discount was for 18 months or for as long as the contract runs? I'm actually reasonably happy with it, and bearing in mind that existing customers are getting pretty much the same as new ones at the moment, I'd like to stay on it if poss. At 27 pounds its not worth it, but at twenty, with me buying a new phone at some stage if I feel like it, its fine.

I've got two m+m1100 contracts up in sept but was offered new sony W595 phones with a further reduction to £15 p.m (had been wary that the price was gonna revert to £27p.m).
Had started by saying I was leaving because of 3LH But 1100 mins/txt for £15 seemed decent.

Hi, Im also on MM1100 for £20/month. Just logged in to my3 account online and noticed a button for an upgrade in the options section, so had a look!!!! It appears that I can remain on the same package for £13.25/month which sounds good to me and I'd be happy with that but I wasn't too impressed with the choice of phones...they are offering Nokia 6120, INQ1 or Skypephone S2. Anyone else got the same offer or any of these phones, just wondering what they are like..0
