Used Home Textiles / Parcelking Delivery (WARNING)
Comments

he needs reporting to dhl as he is using there name in title and description too..why do people still buy from him! he is so rude its unbelievable0

A warning for those who continue to use Home-Textiles
I've noticed that he is advertising 'DHL @ HOME 24 HOUR PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE'
If he actually using this service then he is losing money on £6.49 when eBay/Paypal fee's are taken into account.
So how long before he finds himself with another £47k bill that he cannot pay?
Everyone affected by Home-Textiles / TNT fiasco should report him for breaches of eBay Policies, eBay may finally take some action before the same happens again.

Have you seen H-T's -ve count?
Currently has 51 Negs (+ 35 Neutrals) & 16 of them from SimonsCave & H-T has a cheek to leave retaliatory Negs for his customers that got caught up with his problems
I'm waiting till the 120th day (current feedback cut off) from Purchase to drop my 12 Negs, if eBay don't beat me with his high bad selling percentage
Toolhaus currently reporting
30-Day Rating:
530 feedback counted
23.000 "bad" points (4.34%)0 -
Oh, .56% of the magic 5% Seller Performance.
If any buyer has been left a Retaliatory Negative by Home-Textiles, it maybe possible to have it removed from your account if;
The Negative was left whilst Paypal where investigating the transaction
OR
Some personal info is placed on comment (a lot of them have; Mr X is a Scammer)
Use this form to have it removed: http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2017&rcode=FB%25P10049&subject=Feedback%20Abuse%2C%20Withdrawal%20and%20Removal&bcrumb=+Home+%3E+Help+%3E%A0Rules+and+Policies%A0%3E%A0Feedback%A0%3E%A0eBay+Policy%3A+Feedback+Abuse+and+Removal&instruction=&expirationDate=0 -
Thanks for the warning - I started using HT after Payperdrop stopped trading before Chrimbo. HT were ok at first but I haven't used them for a while (probably a month ago) but was about to make some more booking with them this coming week when some of my listings complete. I will be using the other one that has been recommended in this thread deal5-direct
Thank you for the info on HT it has been interested reading and saved me loads of hassle. Wish I had registered with MSE sooner it would have saved me loads of time on loads of other things that I have found useful on here.
Thank you all :T0 -
hi the problem with removing negs that contain personal info is that it will remove it from his user name too, he knows this thats why he has done it.. crafty move.. wont save him after May though
He is now using dhl 48... for £5.99 and yes TKPETERS is absolutely right. how can he be making any money??.. what's he up to i wonder... also only claims for loss... not damage taken .. shocking that bit is.. damage claims are quicker than loss claims as courier has 28days on a loss claim..
When my sister was contacted by him.. he offered her fake merchandise and said they are great copies.. he also said he had multi ids on ebay...she opted out of his fake selling, but did use his courier service until he stitched her up for 15parcels...
he then put in other peoples tracking numbers on the pp dispute and some was months out of date:rotfl:
so pay pal did refund on this info... crazy guy..
the reason i said about him using dhl is that unless a authorised reseller of dhl services he cannot put this.. and he is listing as private, as well as the fact that he is using it as all his deliveries.. ie he is the customer and its more like 3rd party which dhl would charge over £9 a parcel for...0 -
Lucky you, to get a refund!
Although something looks odd here: RAG time / home TEXTILES & you live in Glasgow????

i'm using both Home-textiles and deal5-direct.0 -
you reckon deal5-direct are losing money as well, they only charge £5.50 i wonder how much it cost them if they can afford to sell it at that rate?
i'm using both Home-textiles and deal5-direct.
Deal5-Direct are using the standard DHL48 service (£3.64) NOT the 'DHL@Home 24' service which is roughly £2.00 more (£5.64).
Take off eBay/Paypal Fee's of 86p (not accounting for listing fees) which is £6.50 on a £6.49 sale ??
How long before people using him, eBay or DHL lose out ??0
