I remember seeing a post from Essex showing all the things we need to list in our on line claim.
could a kind soul post a link or re list the points as I am filling in the forms now and am finding it difficult.
Thanks
File a claim online at the moneyclaim website make it out with Clode Funding Limited as the defendant, claim for the full balance of your account plus the last 3 months payments for substandard service and any costs of phone calls letters etc.
The court fees will automatically be added on to the claim, depending on how much you claim the fees vary about £40-£60

Yes I am now free from REDTEN/CLODE. A phone call to Louise on Wednesday before I was going to file papers with the courts ended in them reducing my settlement figure from £200 plus:mad: to £80. This figure I paid to be rid of them also sold the Redten computer for £170 to fund up comming court case:D . Within 24 hours I got a letter from CLODE to say account was settled in full and closed plus I could keep the computer:j . Then I got an email from REDTEN saying the account was going to be disconnected on the 22nd of this month:j . Next was the MAC via email:j . I have just used this and it has worked with Orange:j . Iam now free and can get on with my life.
If you need any help just ask and I will do what I can. All the best to everyone who are still waiting. This has been an experiance I would not wish to repeat. I have meet some brilliant people on this forum and some trolls who should never see the light of day again. I will keep popping in on the site from time to time as I have said to help where I can.

If all else fails cancel your BT line and use mobile phone for a couple of weeks, after 14 days, BT can cancel the tags on the line, and you can re-apply for a line, you should get back your number, the downside to this is you have to sign a new 12 month agreement with BT for the line. The other alternative is to give Clode/Redten 10 days notice to release the line or you will get a new line run to the house and sue them for the costs of the new line, as if your contract with Clode is no longer in existence then they have no right to hold on to the line. Clode as signatory to the original agreement should still be jointly liable, perhaps one of the legal beagles could confirm this. I was seriously looking at this option just prior to my deal and Mac code. As I was going on holiday for a couple of weeks in the near future, I was going to combine the two events so that it did not cause me any problem. Information came from BT options by the way. Food for thought, anyway hope this helps.0 -

Well, still no contact from Clode or anyone. I've now cancelled my direct debit because I completely refuse to pay two broadband companies.
Clode haven't provided me with a service since March and they cleared my line with no notification so they are completely in the wrong.
I don't know what to do about it though. Can anyone help me in raising a claim online? I have data charges etc. from using my mobile phone that I need to add but I really don't want to enter into claim proceedings lightly as I'm worried they'd turn it around so it's my fault.
I need to make this go away now, I'm sick of still not knowing what's going with Clown and whether they're still gonna chase me for a contract that THEY broke.
What I need help with is the amount to claim, I mean, there's only one box so do I just put in there the remainder of my contract to be paid (as I haven't paid it yet so am I claiming it back when I haven't paid it?) plus do all costs go in there aswell as one big total?
I don't want to get it wrong and have them pull me up on it.Dannii_B

Right, fcuk these barstards money claim filed online - I just want rid of this now. How dare they treat innocent consumers like this. I've just sent emails to everyone I can think of at Clode to notify them, I look forward to hearing what they've got to say.
They had better make a good offer otherwise I'll definitely be going to court for the full amount.0
