Thanks for the suggestion. I was looking for the rate I wasn't on though, so this didn't work for me.matelodave wrote: »You may have to look at a comparison site and put in the flex 4 tariff as your existing tariff and it should tell you what the daily charge and kwh rate is, you can then change it to check what the E7 charges were. The Cheap Energy Club, details all the info for existing tariffs.
Great idea, this worked perfectly!0 -

I mean that I wanted details for a tariff I've never had. I'm on Econ 7, but my meter doesn't ever record night usage. What I wanted to figure out was how much I would have paid had I not been on Econ 7, since Iresa's inability to get the meter fixed since July has in effect taken away my ability to benefit from low night rates while paying a premium in standing charges and consumption.0 -
Website is actually up! Managed to download all my bills.
2 More weeks and I'm in to the 49 day period where you can change supplier without charge. Counting the days.0 -

Iresa tariff's dont usually have an exit fee, so you can switch anytime you like. You don't have to wait for the 49 day period before the contract ends.
Our contract with Iresa for electric was not due to end until December 2018, but have recently switched as we got fed up with no customer support from Iresa; and with referral cashback, Octopus Energy worked out cheaper anyway.0 -
Despite my one off payment taking both my gas and elec accounts ZERO, Iresa are still blocking my switch citing DEBT!
So I've just declined the ombudsman early resolution.0 -
I received an email this morning from Iresa telling me that they have now received my final readings for my electricity. Do gas readings follow through a little later?0
