:)Tesco Truro security guard considered that adding points from a receipt discarded in a trolley as 'theft' and banned me from store. There was no prior warning or anything. And it was for a measle 2 points. I'm considering to appeal. Think I have a case against them and how do you consider doing this?
Edit for detailed description:
I found a trolley in the trolley park with a receipt in it. It had 2 points on it. I went to the customer service with the discarded receipt to get the 2 points. And out swoop the security guard who claim it's' 'theft.' He took me to the back room and said that 2 points is considered the same offense as shop lifting and banned me.

The points were not awarded to you, why do you think you are entitled to them?0

Yes but I feel that the banning is a tad excessive. Only 2 points."Character is a journey, not a destination"--Bill Clinton
