Tesco consider adding the points of discarded receipt as theft

Even discarded receipts? It was in the trash!
You said it was in a trolley.
Now you say it was in the trash.
Either way, you were not awarded the points.
It is the same principle as working in a restaurant and a steak gets thrown away. It might be in the trash but that does not mean you can take it, and to do so is theft.0 -
