  • Posted gold necklace about 1645hrs yesterday, received email at 1110hrs today. Cash already in my bank account! Cannot recommend this company highly enough... Trustworthy, honest & excellent service!! :T
  • I looked through feedback before sending off gold.i sent it off yesterday afternoon and money was in my account this morning, they gave me what was offered,I would recommend Hgm to anyone.great service, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Once again a very happy customer of Hatton Garden Gold, posted my parcel on Friday afternoon and delivered Monday morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery as recommended. I weighed the gold and estimated 41gms according to the wifes kitchen scales, actual weight was 40.4 gms so very pleased with the service. Opted for the fast payment service and just checked my account and payment has been received.

I would recommend Hatton Garden Metals 100% and will pass on this information to family and friends.
  • I would not trust any of these gold firms with even the smallest amount of gold I found on the street.

Also the number of posts from people on this site with great words to say about HGM is very suspicious to me.

I can't post links but Chard who are a very well known gold dealer have a very interesting page about Hatton Garden Metals

www dot taxfreegold dot co dot uk/hattongardenmetals dot com dot html

I'm sorry but that site is straw clutching and innuendo in the extreme. Hatton (allegedly) used that site's images on it's own site so they've gone on a desperate, but fruitless, hunt to discredit HGM.

I was about 2 seconds away from posting over £500 of gold to 'Hatton garden refinery' when I felt my tummy crunch and I knew there was something wrong.
Anita NAIVE or something is one of the people who have given testimony on their site....
You call them, some very fast operator takes your details then a polite irish man calls you back within about 10 seconds from an unknown number.
    [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM].

I will go back to using Hatton Garden Metals every time.
Saved by my own instinct :A - but was almost a fool .

NO companies house ref. No reviews of any standing online. And a very odd postal address to HGR company.....
IT STINKS OF FAKERY AND FRAUD.

I have never sent nor would a advise anyone to send gold to these companies not HGM or anyone else.

But as a first time poster this smacks of a competitor trying to do the "dirty" Typical of the number of first time posters on this thread singing the praises of HGM.

In any event if you think HGM are so great then why do they steal copyrighted pictures from other companies sites?

And as for JDPower are you saying that a company like Chard would post information on HGM that would be incorrect/fraudulent. Chard took the pictures and according to the laws of the land that is their IP

How do you know Chard took the pictures? Do you have some sort of connection with them that enables you to be able to state that?

Even if that is the case, Chard went on the attack and clearly found nothing of substance they could discredit HGMs service with. Look at their own quote: "If Hatton Garden Metals is being honest about the prices it pays..."

IF? If I was superman I could fly round the world, I'm not. 'If' is a very powerful word and making implications about a company prefaced with 'if' is pure innuendo, and given the bee in their bonnet Chard have I suspect if anything negative was to be found they WOULD have found it (or are you seriously telling me they couldn't/haven't sent a small sample to test HGM's prices for themselves?)

It's also worth noting Chard haven't singled out HGM - they have a list of 501(!!!) companies they claim have used their imagery. When you get to that point I'd suggest you concentrate your time and energy on your own business instead of using it to defame every other competitor in existence.

(Oh and before you accuse me of being a HGM shill or some such, I suggest you check my other posts in this thread ;) )

Firstly,(Due to all the accusations of fake testimonials) I need to preface this by saying I am a long term MSE lurker, I do post sometimes but I read the DFW and grabbit boards most days.

When did you use it - yesterday
What did you send it - 9 ct Bracelet, tiny ring and a pendent
How much did it promise you - £204
How much did it deliver -£199
How efficient was the service - extremely
If it didn't deliver the full amount, what was its reason - I weighed the gold on my rubbish old kitchen scales, I'm amazed that they are as accurate as they are!
Anything else other people should know - I'm really really impressed with the service from HGM's, I don't have a scrap of gold left but if I did I'd use them again without hesitation.
