Okay, here's one (I loved this design!):
OMG I remember them cheques from Lloyds. The design before that I think was just green through the middle with the black horse central. They should have kept that design you posted. In those days Lloyds had a nice upper class feeling about it!0 -

Agree totally with izools, in Glasgow the banks used in to be grand ornate building with huge ceiling and I must admit they could be quite intimidating. It has all changed now, they sold them all off to property developers who turned them into bars and the Crown Post Office into flats.
Those card pictures bring back memories too, I still remember my first TSB Bankcard, it was black with a rainbow on it and the good old Trustcard. They dont make them like they used to.
this used to be my bank!

I didn't know Britannia Building Society did a current accout?? :
Some older bank cards are really lovely designs:
This one from Bank of Scotland with the Scottish scene!
National & Provincial BS - the Sun Moon and Earth design!
And even Nationwide making an effort:
The Lloyds Bank range of cards were quite nice. Much better than the Olympic design doing the rounds now:0 -

Hmm, I started with bottom right - the Headway account card, and when I was 16, they gave me 1st column, 3rd one down (CGC) which worked alongside the Headway card. I then transferred to another account at which point my cashcard changed to 2nd column, third one down, eventually upgrading to 2nd column, second one down. When I became a student, they gave me one of the top left ones - a student Mastercard.
I left Lloyd's in 2000, when the ripples of the merger with TSB filtered through to their customer service both on the phone and in branches. I wouldn't want to do business with them now.43580 -
