We are also chasing up our cashback deal for a mobile. They paid the first one with no problems but then this second one is murder. We have also received the auto reply saying claim approved and 5 days later we received the email saying claim paid and could take up to 28 days. Well now 28 days have passed and we have not received the cheque and also we have emailed them about 5 times and each one we get a ticket number for and no actual reply. Its so annoying. If we owed them money and did not pay on time we would be "breaking the contact" and unless we could prove otherwise (which is what I going to ask them to do!!) we would have the contact cancelled. I don't see why they should not have the same treatment. I have been googling and it seems that LOTS are not getting their cashback and all just recently mostly. I wonder if they are going under so to speak???

after sending what can only be described as an email before action, my claim was approved and paid within 22 minutes. of course i still have to wait for the actual cheque, but at least i'm not hanging around waiting for them to spuriously reject the claim.

    Hi Marshallka,
Yes there does seem to be even more delays than usual and certainly it seems the periods are getting longer. Lots of members on here too are being affected.

The signs are certainly there arn't they ;)

I would suggest the usual LBA recorded and give them 7 days etc
It's not just about the money

    Thanks will do that.
I have just checked them out on Bizzy Info and they are still trading up to yet. Will be keeping on eye on them though cause it does seem like "something" is happening and they are not apologising for anything to customers or making any contacts.

Well I'm currently waiting on an Autocashback cheque from them. Email was sent to say it's been issued on the 02/08. Will update when it actually turns up.

We have never used them before (never had contract) :o and the first cashback was so easy and came through quickly. I shall escalate the complaint soon if they do not get back and get in touch with the regulators about them and show them this thread lol.

Lets hope they pay everyone up soon.;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
Bombard the CPW CEO and let him know his group are breaking the T&C's.

LBA is normally the best way, they do understand this, but you can also do BOTH.

You can give them the same treatment!

Read up on fundamental breach of contract.
