The two board guides picked the first four to make a start.

The two board guides then asked for opinions and are taking note of suggested changes.

The two board guides will then create a poll containing modified versions of at least some of the original four and any other offers that gain some support.

The two board guides will then send the top four from that poll to MSE Martin.

    Does that help?

Its a no win situation. I know its Martin's board but if you want us to choose something let us choose. If you want to choose then choose. But can we just get on with it. I think my suggestion was the best compromise if we have to do it between us.

OK - so offer up a suggestion. Us board guides will later decide if we'd like to include it in a straightforward no_discussion_count_'em_up_poll on Monday morning.

So we get what we wanted to avoid which was 999 choices.

Then we get to pick a shortlist to vote on and put the other 993 noses out of joint...

..then we have a poll and everybody can have a say in putting a few more noses out of joint...

That's what us BG's are here for :)
