Recieved the laptop this morning, i cannot knock XMA's service, recieved a txt at 8am to say it would arrive between 9.44am and 10.44am, and at 9.55am it arrived, gave it to my son, who automatically was greatful.
The laptop it self is a great laptop for any child, i'm really disappointed with the parental control software, great for kids but when, it comes to an adult not been able to access a website, it's a bit too much and no matter how much i try i just can't seem to turn it off.
Anyway that's my only gripe and i know i shouldn't moan. If anyone can help with the netintellegence please give me some advice.0 -

It looks as though you should be able to set up levels of parental controls for each account on the laptop, but I tried that no joy.
I simply turn it off when I'm using the laptop and back on when ds is using it. Not ideal but it works ok and after all it is his laptop so if I want to use it I suppose it's not much of a price to pay.0 -

I had the same problem, it wouldn't let me on facebook or let me search for info on some tablets the doc prescribed last week.

Hi
i was looking at either the toshiba or samsung from XMA. People have mentioned paying an extra £30 for the extra memory, is it from xma or a differnt website. I can't see any mention of it on their website, at what stage do i add it on when i'm ordering?
thanks0
