Only 21 days for me this month as I don't go back to work until the 2nd Jan and I'm off for a hospital appointment with the hubby on the 4th so I am holiday that day.

Hi there could I join in please, I’m going to aim high and go for 19 days (I work from home one day a week) I spent far too much on food at work last year and this needs to change.

Ooh, may I join? School doesn't start til the 8th, so I should make 18.
I am So Lucky, my stay at home husband is a great cook & I routinely tote a filled sistema mug into the office & microwave it there.
Stew, curry, chilli, last night's leftovers - it's all good food next lunchtime! There are all sorts of temptations around, but by eating home cooking, it is just so much easier not to go for a stroll through expensive city stores!

    Chandelier.
    Hello!

I would like to join in this challenge in hope to motivate myself more to take food into work. It is not that I buy food whilst there, its more that I tend to not eat throughout each shift and then go home and feast. I need to reset my body's metabolism and start to eat three regular meals each day, I am hoping this will help towards some weight loss.

So as I only work three days a week (I work 3x 10 hour shifts), my total number of days for January will be 13. That should be doable if I plan ahead.

I am looking for some food recipes/inspiration to keep me motivated. We tend to have leftovers at the end of each meal which sometimes end up going into the freezer or at times it has been wasted- I want to lessen this.

Anyhow, enough rambling! I look forward to joining you all.
    Chandelier.

Sign me up for the full 23 days *sob*

I'm not very good at having lunch but need to get into the habit.

I mainly shove leftovers in the microwave which isn't particularly inspiring either.
