    We are back and feasted on chicken kievs, jacket spuds, salad and a special treat of artic roll for pud - we had an amazing trip, but glad to be home x

    I shall be making minestrone soup for the next couple of days lunches with chicken for me and toast for He Who Knows. Supper this evening will be jacket potatoes with tuna sweetcorn mayo filling and a huge salad accompaniment then we'll have blueberries, bananas and plain skyr followed by our cup of coffee.

    Lunch is more than likely going to be a bacon roll. Tonight's dinner will be hm chicken curry from the freezer, with pilau rice and hm naans.

    We are meeting friends for dinner to bore them to death with holiday snaps :rotfl:

    I am making chicken pasta for DS for his work lunches, and have a chicken in the SC for that and tomorrow's dinner also stock for work lunch soup - got to love a rubber chicken :D
