Sea bass in a white wine and herb reduction, served with crushed new potatoes and some steamed asparagus. I hope it turns out to be as nice as the one we had on holiday last week, I suspect the fish will not be as fresh0

didnt :mad: get half the jobs i wanted done last night done, so tonight will be wet dog walking (yipppe rain!) and doing jobs and if im really naughty it will be a Chinese or if i am being sort of good it will be something out the freezer, one needs to shop!0

Soup and cold meat for lunch and the rest of yesterdays vegetable stew for supper, somewhere in the day fruit and fat free yoghurt and of course..... that obligatory and delicious cup of coffee!0

Tonight's dinner will be burger in a bun with salad from the garden, hm oven chips and hm coleslaw.0

Was out all day yesterday, breakfasting, lunching and shopping with a friend so wasn't hungry when we got home from the pub.
OH picked up a takeaway.
Will have a salad tonight, maybe cheese.
Just watched Nadiya cook samosa pie. It looked fab!0 -

Roast Ham with rosemary potatoes and salad. I made a raspberry yoghurt cake with raspberries from the garden for afters which we had with some summer fruit compote which I made earlier this month.0
