P**s off you annoying thief.
Don't you feel the slightest bit of shame that you've been busted here, and still think you can fool people.
I was wrong to suggest this thread should be deleted. I think we should make sure it stays top of the list so that any google for your company brings this up first.0 -
There must be an answer to this riddle.
The answer is that you are a fraudster who cant give up when they have been busted.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I see the authorities on Jersey are more explict in spelling out it is a scam here. A couple of extracts:1. Sterling Equity Corporation has never been registered, nor applied for registration, under the Financial Services Law. Therefore any financial service business, as defined in Article 2 of the Financial Services Law and carried out by Sterling Equity Corporation since 1 July 1999, is in breach of Article 7 of the Financial Services Law; and
2. From documentation held by the Commission, it would appear that Sterling Equity Corporation and the Website display warning signs of being set up for a fraudulent purpose.0 -
I hope I'm wrong, but perhaps he's already given them his money and is now trying to convince himself that they're legit?
I must be feeling generous.
Norman, do email them about FSA regulation and see what they come up with.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -
Dear All,
it is a pity I have to wade through a lot of irrational insults to glean information, that of course I am grateful for.
what sort of wierdos are out there with fraud names insulting an OAP with a real name is really lost on me.
However I have sent the following email and hope for a reply from the contact suggested in Jersey.
Dear Sir,
having been contacted by Stirling Equity re. investing in their off-shore hedge fund which is supposed to be managing many corporate billions successfully and following enquiries made on the website MoneySavingExpert.com, where it is regarded as fraudulent and referred me to yourself as someone with the appropriate knowledge or proof, can you confirm that the firm is indeed fraudulent to your knowledge.
Thank you in anticipation.
Norman Sands
I will of course post any reply received.
Regards

your correspondents are not abiding by the forum rules this thread is full of abuse and insult, it is a disgrace on a par with citizen band radio0

You persist in this increasingly bizarre exercise 'Norman' which I can only assume is now an attempt to wind people up.
This thread comes high up on Google.
I hope the rest of us avoid this becoming a slanging match otherwise this thread could be deleted - and we don't want that do we.
