Help! I joined yesterday, and I was on the thread 'reclaim unfair bank charges' and i had a few advices. i am from N.Ireland and had just sent off my first letter with a response back stating they would get back to me after 20 days! My bank is the Northern and now I can't find my thread or answers? nervous
