hiya guys,
I'm gunna try and reclaim the charges back for my girlfriend as.... well ya know what woman are like for spending more than they have!! sorry girls just joking.
I have downloaded the first letter to send to bank to find out exactly how much she has paid. Now..... is the letter correct or has it had an accident as it says " yet I’m not requesting the statements per se " what is per se?
I'm prob being stupid by asking but i am a bloke!!

I belive it is roughly translated into 'by itself'
Might be wrong though :P

Yes, it means 'through itself' as an approximation from Latin.
In this context, it means your are not specifically asking the bank for statements but if they wish to provide a list of charges by sending you statements, then this is alright.0
