Re-claiming Bank Charges: Business & Mortgage

Can anyone tell me if i can reclaim:
1. My mortgage redemeption penalty - ie coming out of a fixed rate mortgage early - that was closed 4 years ago?
2. Bank charges from my business account - ie costs to inform me by letter my overdraft is still set-up?? HSBC charged me £62.50 to write to me to tell me that my overdraft was still active (but had been so for the last 8 years?)
