What's the stooze catch?
I know this is going to be wrong as I am crap at Maths and a complete newb :embarasse, but if someone could criticise it in a positive manner, it would help me understand more of the pitfalls of stoozing. For arguments sake lets suppose a stooze was attempted this way: 1) Many credit cards (around 20) are obtained and…

Is this slow-stooze better than cashback?
I had a Morgan Stanley card, but stopped using it when I went over the limit for 2% cashback (it goes down to 0.5) and started using Egg Money to get 1% cashback. Now I have got a Skycard at 0% til Jan. I'm going to do a slow-stooze by putting all my spending on that (at least £250-300 per month) and then putting the cash…

I have a 33K salary and currently have £3500 limits with Mint and NW…

Cancelling Credit Cards Good Or Bad
Can anyone please advise is it still better to cancel credit cards once the 0% deal has finished or does it not matter. I always thought it was better so you could reduce your available credit limit but someone has mentioned to me that cancelling cards also goes on your credit score and this would look bad it you keep…

Paying off overdrafts
I know that you're not supposed to stooze if you've got debts, which I have. However, is there anything wrong with using SBT cards to temporarily pay off an overdraft to avoid the interest charges?

Barclaycard free BTs?
I'm sure Barclaycard appeared in the stoozing guide a few weeks, with a 'painful' way to get free BTs - ordinarily you have to pay 2%. Anyway the card has come through now, but I can't remember how to get cash out of it the free way - doh! Can anyone remember how this is done? I think there were 2 approaches - the first…
