I requested an application form be sent to me just after Christmas and I haven't received anything from them, not sure that's a very good sign if they can't be bothered to reply!0

Card arrived today.
Surprisingly very low credit limit though. Recon someone from there reads these boards!0 -

Whats regarded as a ' bad limit ' i applied at crimbo and got my card today with a £3500 limit ?0 -
Applied for one a few weeks ago, heard nothing so far. Seems slow, especially as most cards let you apply online. This said print off fill in and post back which seems a bit archaic!0

Yeah I wasnt too impressed with that, I'd looked at this just after christmas and requested an application pack be sent to me as I wasn't going to apply straight away, but I didn't hear anything so I decided to apply online only to find its not really 'online'.0 -
I got my new Skycard through the other day and phoned up to do the usual transfer and was told this wasn't possible, swiftly followed by the comment that BarclayCard don't even do that! (She was a bit snooty on the phone, which was nice!)
Can anyone tell me if Snooty lady was talking rubbish or do I have to go to a cash point and take out 3k as she suggested?0 -
I'll think you'll find that skycard and barclaycard are the same company and so will not balance transfer within the same company. I too have both cards and am actually going to change to my skycard because on a normal months spending i earn enough points to get a free Sky Box office movie ( pleasing my children as i have cut my movie packages out). An all round winner now that barclaycard have dropped nectar poinrts0

On the subject of points, do they get added at the end of the month or as transactions are made?0
