    Thanks for the WIs guys looks like the colder weather is making people hungry, I always think it's our body thinking we are going to hibernate over winter 🤨 hopefully this will be a better week for those having difficulties keeping on track

    I put on 6 pounds last Wednesday after 2 weeks of eating everything in sight.
    I've not been too bad this week other than a veg curry and a couple of poppadoms with mango chutney Saturday night with friends.
    I will weigh in tomorrow night and see how I get on.
    I aim to get down to 10 stone from 14.9 and a half.
    The weight loss has slowed down and will try to lose a pound a week.
