oh no! Terrible start....

Ive put on 2Ibs!
Not sure that was justified TBH. Ive stuck to my healthy eating and had zero cheats (unless having 2 vegan sausages and oil free roasted veg for tea several days is very fattening?).
Hopefully its just a weird blip and not my body developing a layer of insulation for winter!

2 days off the BSD...
Lunch - wrap with meatballs and guacamole (leftovers from yesterday)
Tea - will be roast chicken, potatoes, parsnips, carrots, peas, stuffing and gravy
Will weight tomorrow but am not terribly excited for the results!2 -
Thank you.
I know I've put on, have had a wobble and eating what seems everyone in sight.
I will be honest and have taken a short break from slimming world and am tempted to go back for again for the time being and seeing how I get on.Decluttering campaign 2023

Good morning. -0,5lb for me please.
The gym the teens use reopens today. I keep saying I'm going to join but still not been brave enough. They're doing inductions today, I'm trying to work myself up to go.....LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed + 0.5 lb. Not the start to the quarter that I was hoping for. That half a pound got cross with me this morning and asked 'Do you want me or not? 🤣. It's been on and off for the last month.

Afternoon all. Weighed this morning and think it might be a fluke but apparently I've lost -3.4lbs which means I could be almost halfway to my target already 🤯. Must admit I didn't eat a lot over the weekend as was feeling a bit under the weather so expecting a gain next week 🤣Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20174

My weigh day isn't until tomorrow but I was shocked to see I had gone up today. I really don't feel I have overeaten at all. My meal yesterday and today is salmon with roasted veg and a pretty small portion. Also hoping it is a blip! Did a walk this morning and I have an active dance class this evening.catz4m8z said:oh no!
