Having a senior moment, hopefully someone is going to explain maybe the obvious!
I cannot maintain or lose if I eat bread, however 2 slices of the Warburtons (55 calories per slice), small brown is 5G of protein so is a bit of a winner for me if I add in a protein filler. So, looking for alternatives to bread, the old diet favourite (shudder) Crackerbread came up the same on Tesco and Sains. website as the same for nutrition.
So, I have trotted off and bought some, ruddy box says per 5g slice, 0.5g of protein, not 1.4g as above and the calories as 20 (and not 40 as above). All this is so I can have a bit of variety and a quick fix lunch if I need it, maybe I should just eat the box, it might be better than the contents.

Could I please go for 12lb please Brambling, we are off on holiday end of this month so I would like to loose a little before we go (in preparation for eating more!) although there should be a fair amount of walking done.
