Hi, can I sign up please for my last half stone. I didnt quite achieve my 3rd quarter goal of 10lb off but almost. I didn't get round to recording it. I was too busy sorting out my finances, which boosted my motivation somewhat.

All the debt has gone and now I'm on my final half stone to lose.  It feels so good and I think, for me anyway, the 2 were linked. For the first time in many years,  I'm looking forward.

@Brambling Unfortunately I have to say +1lb this week. At least it has gone down a half pound since yesterday but still not good.  :'(

Tea - McDs then a mince pie.

I think it's time to restart the blood sugar diet!

  • Morning all,

Reporting a STS this week, we are off for a weekend away with old friends. I’m looking forward to it, but will be aware of letting my hair down too much.
