Hello all I am rather surprised by my loss of -2lb, I've had a rather busy week though so not so much time for snackage I guess.I have 2 more weeks of work then away for a week, so trying to get ahead a little before then.'You have brains in your head. Well done SIRENS 👏👏 I jump off the scales quickly after a surprise loss just in case it changes its mind 😁
I hope you are having a great holiday Ginger, worry about the numbers later 🙂
I'm trying hard this week to stay on the straight and narrow, I've freezer rummaged, menu planned and shopped from my list! Having said that watching Strictly with just tonic water, ice and slice and a apple wasn't the same as a G&T and chocolate 🍫 🍸

Well done everyone I’ve lost-2lbs it’s really helping no snacking although it’s coming off slowly but snacking is definitely my downfall although I must admit I can easily eat a packet of biscuits I just haven’t bought any and usually when strictly is on I have crisps and chocolate but I’ve just bought the hubby one bag of crisps and I must admit I’m feeling better keep up the good work3

Gutted....Ive put on a pound and a half.
I honestly dont know what to do about it. Im eating exactly the same as I have for the past year and a half, I def dont snack without thinking. Same exercise as well. It makes no sense!
ah well, it was nice to hit my target even if it only lasted a week.5 -
I will weigh tomorrow but I have had a week off the blood sugar diet and eaten anything and everything. Very little exercise done (apart from a 5 mile walk today because my car battery went flat).
I've even got shortbread in the oven to have with a cup of tea when Gone Fishing is on!5 -
