Thanks for the WIs guys looks like the colder weather is making people hungry, I always think it's our body thinking we are going to hibernate over winter 🤨 hopefully this will be a better week for those having difficulties keeping on track

I can't believe that I have to say +1/2 lb today. If I had recorded it yesterday, it would have been STS. I really don't feel that I have overeaten at all. Also I did a lot of dancing over the weekend. A rehearsal and 2 dance performances plus a disco afterwards.

At least bringing Covid home helped you to lose a little? I have a 3 day break in Northumberland coming up soon. Hopefully I will be ok for it. I have a lingering sneezy cold at the moment but my flu jab and Covid were done today.

Katejo hopefully your body will catch up on the exercise next week.

-2lb loss for me this week which I'm happy with 🙂
Maybe. I am making a very healthy dish tonight. Veggie with baked cabbage hearts, butter beans, passata and a little feta cheese with a little ras al-hanout to spice it up.
  • -0.5k for me this week.
Not as much as I’d hoped, but it’s going in the right direction

    Hope everyone is well

Not as bad as I thought. I’m full of cold and coughing and ever so hungry so low carb is on hold for now.

  • @Gingerlily hope you feel better soon!

Post-hols weigh in and weight loss goal time! @Brambling please may I put myself in for a 7lbs loss goal this quarter?

Meal plan for the next couple of weeks done.

Yogurt, nuts and fruit for breakfast
Various bean or lentil veg homemade soups for lunches with a roll or pitta bread, fruit or low cal crisps
Evening meals mainly from the freezer, got lots of prepped meals in there to use up.

Aiming to keep exercising with a couple of 30min runs a week, daily walks, yoga and strength workouts.

I need to keep on top of my mental health as work isn't brilliant at the mo, and exercising helps. Although I will accept I'll have cheese and biscuits and wine blips, and not beat myself up about them.
