  • Just a quick post as didn't have time this morning. Back to where I started the quater after a +1/2lb gain. Its not as bad as I was expecting after pasta and meatballs, tikka and chips, a whole share bag of munchies..... 
    It's not even winter yet and I'm enjoying lots of comfort food.

    @Brambling At least a loss this week if only a half lb. I had hoped for more (it was lower on Sunday) but better than nothing. A day off work today so about to go out for a walk before a trip to the supermarket to buy more veggies.

    Tea - chicken curry and chips at the football

    Exercise - 5 mile walk, mowed a lawn, cleaned a garage, sanded a sticking door !

    happy with that as was worried I’d put back on what I lost last week with Covid 

    had rsv jab this morning all good so far !

    Mainly because I was ill last week and that really reduced my appetite. Still not completely normal yes but hopefully I can use this as opportunity to curb some bad overeating habits.
