-6 lbs for me, please.
The three triangles of Toblerone yesterday evening haven't registered yet!!4 -
Despite my best intentions, I've had a rubbish week. +5lbs - I just haven't had any motivation to exercise or eat 'properly'. I feel like I've gone into hibernation mode! I'm hoping a lot of this extra is water weight as I've eaten loads of bread over the last few days which I don't normally do. I've been on my own as well so probably 'boredom' snacking.
Oh well. Need to get a grip and sort myself out. I have lots of healthy food in the house so need to eat proper meals rather than snacking. Anyone else struggle now it's getting darker?4 -
Another 1lb off for me this week, very happy with that3

@Brambling I am recording my weight 1 day early this week because this is the lowest point which I have reached so far and the biggest drop in 1 week! Minus 1.5lb 11 st 9 and 1/2 (74.4 Kilos) It may only be because I wasn't very hungry when I got home last night so I only nibbled a snack instead of eating the planned meal but I did also walk over 15000 steps yesterday.4

Morning all,
Even though my mum had surgery and my food has been all over the place due to stress I've managed to STS this week YAY!
My aim for this coming week is to try my best to stick to my diet and to try and exercise everyday.3 -
DH tripped and fell on a low wall bruising his ribs very painfully. He is on the mend after a week, but he has been hard work!
The result, apart from being very tired, is that I have lost 3lbs, and had a bit more exercise, walking the dog and pottering in the garden for a bit of peace. A couple of pounds and I shall be back into the normal BMI range again.
I expect that he has lost a bit too, missing the biscuits and bought cakes.4 -
A very boring STS this week.
I think Im still trying to work out how to eat less without actually eating less!LOL
Going to treat myself to a new soupmaker this week though so maybe some nice low cal filling veggie soups will help.2 -
Lunch - sausages, black pudding, eggs, tomatoes
Tea - will be shakshuka2 -
