Please add +1.5lb for me. It could have been a lot worse after my walking break. I did do over 100 000 steps/hill walking over 3 days.  Hopefully I will get it back down by next week. Homemade vegetable soup for the next 2 days!

  • Well, I forgot to update last week! But its been half a Ib lost last week and half a Ib lost this week. :)

I am very ok with that. Been on leave from work the last couple of weeks as I always try and avoid working my nightshifts around this time of year for my dogs. But it does mean my exercise and diet patterns have been all over the place.
Also finally treated myself to a new breadmaker so obviously had to try some buttered fresh crusty home made bread before I sliced and froze it (yes, it was b***dy gorgeous!!LOL).
Also got myself a new soupmaker so can now whip up some lovely veggie soups for tea. :D
  • STS for me this week, but already hit the original target I set myself back in August, would just like to lose a couple more lb so then wont matter if I put on a bit over Christmas

A little bit of success. I have lost the 1.5 lb which I had put on last week so down  to 11 st 9.5 lb (74.3 Kilos)  :)
  • Evening. Late post as I had a doctors appointment this morning.

I did think about not weighing as I've eaten really rubbish, we didn't need to visit the hospital this week 😥 but all the events that follow mean I've eaten too many takeaways and quick snacks. But I needed to see the numbers to encourage me to do something about them.

So it's a +1.5lb this week please (and my health check at the doctors confirmed my scales are pretty accurate as I was just a lb heavier there and had my jeans on).
LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
    Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
    Total debt @june 18 £102311
    Debt Jan 25 £8282
Mortgage £51215. Total debt now £59497

Sweeties are still here @Brambling but I'm avoiding them! 😉 I've been pretty good with my food (apart from the last two days where I've drunk too many lattes!)

I'm making a proper attempt at getting healthy now and started a new exercise regime last week - I know that its what I put in my mouth that affects the weight but there's no point in being lighter if I'm still mega unfit!! Unfortunately I've felt rubbish the past couple of days so haven't done the exercise but I'm feeling a bit better today so will get back on it.

    - 2lbs for me this week please 😁
