    After weeks of yo yoing ,my head just isn’t in the right place at the moment .I weighed this morning and am sts  from the last time I weighed ,
    my central heating is finally sorted ,I have a splendid system to look at and have decluttered an awful lot of money .
    Definitely cutting back on food so hopefully will help 
    If I could lose 5 lbs before Christmas I’d be v happy,but anything will be ok .

    I am feeling rather pleased with myself. I have been doing the monthly grocery budget challenge, being more attentive to what DH wants to add to the trolley.

    He can be very crafty, “It’s yellow-stickered and it’s your favourite.”
    I don’t argue, just remove the item when he isn’t looking and he has forgotten all about it. I send him to fetch specific items, and leave out the aisles we don’t need. (It works with some children too.)

    The most frugal grocery shop is done on your own. 
    As a result my weight is back in the normal BMI range again. 

    Now I will find it easier not to guzzle Christmas snacks. I take a small pot of almonds when we go to meetings where there might be biscuits or shop-bought mince pies.
