I feel like I've reached a good place with my diet at the moment.....although i imagine Christmas will derail me abit!3 -
Yet another 1.5lbs on... struggling with lack of a proper kitchen, so I'm just going for the easy option.
Looking at my weight trends, I definitely put more on at this time of year. I'm just tired, drained and hungry, and want to hide inside vegging instead of getting out for a walk in the cold and rain. I'm taking Vit D hoping it will help! Hoping a lazy weekend will recharge me 🤞3 -
