Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed -0.5 lb.
I'm basically hovering at the 'I lost three and a half stones this year so I could dance at my son's wedding on 9th November' mark. And boy did I dance 💃.
As long as I don't gain I'm OK with hovering until the New Year. But it would be nice to chip away at some more chubbage before then. Reading the thread I think most of us have gone into hibernation mode.
Love to all.

Put on a Ib this week. Also came to the realisation that I have been losing (and gaining) the same 3Ibs since september!
Im not too bothered as Ive reached the dress size and basic weight I want to be, I just would of liked to get abit lower. Im certainly happy to just maintain until the worst of winter is over.
Hope its ok to stick around with a goal of maintenance? Thats almost scarier TBH....Ive lost large amounts of weight before (7 and a half st this time) but Ive never yet kept it off, it always started to come back after a few months.
Goal for the new year will be to maintain my weight between 9 and 10st.3 -
-3lbs hurray! Think some of my last gain was hormonal water weight. Going to try hard this week to get out walking every day and eat more fruit and veg. One month left of the year! It's so tempting to say 'F it, will start again in Jan so don't care this month', but I am going to try and be healthier!!

Amazing - loss of 10 lb.
I haven't been reporting in for a while as my electronic scales weren't working and it is difficult to read the mechanical ones with precision. However a new battery sorted the first and I was rewarded with that delightful loss.3 -
Well done everyone GG what a nice surprise pixie I wish I had your determination I will start again in January brilliant losses4

Morning
Gained 2 last week but lost 2.5 this week, so -0.5 which makes total 2lb loss I think?
🤔"I started out with nothing
And still got most of it left"

Good morning. I didn't get on the scales last Monday as had an appointment so was in a hurry. Then my new grandson arrived Tuesday so had my granddaughter a couple of nights. I've eaten really really badly. So many snacks, some days I've eaten 2 bars of chocolate! So I was surprised this morning that it was just a 1lb gain.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
