    I am also going for -7lbs this time, a slightly more modest target than last time. I am now 11 st 10 (74.5 kilos). I do need to get down to 11st (70 Kilos) but it is hard work!   I have just booked a walking weekend in Alnmouth (Northumberland) in early November. Just hoping for decent weather. 
  • Starting weight this quarter is higher than I've been in 6 months!! 🙄🤦‍♀️ 

    I'm starting at 9st 10.2 lb

    My target this quarter is to end the 2024 under 9st so an 11lb target please @Brambling

    Winter season grocery budget: £600.85/£900

    Weight loss challenge 2024: 11/24lbs
    1st quarter start:9st 13.1lb
    2nd quarter start:9st 9.2 lb
    3rd quarter start: 9st 6.8 lb
    4th quarter start: 9st 10.2 lb
    End weight: 8st 13lb
