I am also going for -7lbs this time, a slightly more modest target than last time. I am now 11 st 10 (74.5 kilos). I do need to get down to 11st (70 Kilos) but it is hard work!   I have just booked a walking weekend in Alnmouth (Northumberland) in early November. Just hoping for decent weather.
  • Starting weight this quarter is higher than I've been in 6 months!! 🙄🤦‍♀️

    I'm starting at 9st 10.2 lb

My target this quarter is to end the 2024 under 9st so an 11lb target please @Brambling
