I've never tried them so haven't even looked!  I know that maman uses the curries from time to time.  I don't really use the app I tend to just use the Planner on the website to check syns and HEs.

Wow, you get loads of pears for HEB!  Bit like rhubarb - I can't even manage a full portion of that; quite often used to have rhubarb but only ever a couple of syns worth but that was when I used to grow it.

Well done on your loss klew. Going the right way. 👏👏👏

Thanks for the heads up on the Aldi Slimwell meals bubbs. I checked and the curry we have is 2 syns. I've always counted it as that (1 each) although the calculator says it's 1.5.

It's been an OK day. Funeral went well especially as  Covid regulations. Raised a smile as my friend had chosen Dancing Queen for the music. 😊

One of those 'could be worse' on the food front. Because they couldn't have a buffet, each table (Rule of 6 seemed to apply??) had a set menu of 'substantial meals' to choose from. No Scotch eggs! 🤣 DH and I both went for all day breakfast and I swapped my sausage for his egg. But strong drink was taken so syn bank is probably empty until Thursday. Wasn't very hungry this evening. DH had cereal and I had a JP with garlic mushrooms on top. 😋

Line drawn, back on plan tomorrow. 😉

Glad the funeral went well maman.  As you say the food could have been worse, in fact an all day breakfast is probably not too bad - particularly without the sausage - I would do exactly the same with my DH although I probably wouldn't get the egg as he likes though so unless there was 2 he'd keep his!

My syn bank is doing OK this week, only gone over syns 1 day this week but have been under all the others.

Another murky, grey day today but no plans to go out today although DH has gone up to the hospital to get a blood test done so other than that we'll both be indoors today.

    Today's plan:

    B - eggs on toast - HEB; P
    L - jacket potato, veggie chilli - P; S; F
    D - naked steak burrito bowl (from the new Take 5 book) - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - Ryvita 3

It's brighter here today. Yesterday we had to drive through freezing fog but no sign of that.

I need to make some more veggie chilli denise. While I enjoy cottage cheese on a JP, it's good to have choices. That's why I had the garlic mushrooms yesterday. It was good to have something hot too. I might make some today as I know I have all the ingredients in. 😋 Let us know how the burrito goes. 🤔

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, 2 fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- savoury mince (P,S), new potatoes (F), carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbage (S)
    Syns- 0
