    On this occasion, the OP did not shop in Lidl, that does not mean she has never in the past or will in the future. Simple means that Lidl risk losing a customer and all her friends as well.

    I'm just looking on the planning application site now for the local council. 

    @beamerguy is right, I don't want to waste my money on something that might never go anywhere. The car is actually in my boyfriends name, so he was worried that if by not paying it would go on his credit file etc somehow

    Why?  Has he not done any research on such matters?

    No @D_P_Dance - he's one of those people who would just pay the 'charge' as hasn't researched into it - hence me trying to help sort this as I've had previous ones cancelled (under different circumstances)

    Simple answer , if he loses , he pays up , in full , pronto , within one month

    That way his credit file remains unaffected

    My local Lidl has cameras in the car park and store, as well as the ANPR at the entrance.
    Do we know yet whether Gemmalouise25 was using your local Lidl or not?
