    Hi

Back from weigh in and I have lost 1 lb :j I try to stick to the plan during the week, but go astray at weekends, but at least I am still losing.

I have bought a gorgeous outfit for my son's wedding in September, but it is a big tight, so that's a really good incentive for me to carry on losing.

Bought the Delicious Days book today, it was £2.95 and has some fabulous recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so will try some of those this week.
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

Went shopping today and found some yummy things I'd not seen before

Branston Chick Peas in Masala Sauce - in a tin like their baked beans, and they are FREE on green (19 on red)

New flavour Ryvita - Garlic & Rosemary, and Tomato & Basil. Just checked online and 3 of them is a HEB. Just had 3 of the Tomato & basil ones with Laughing Cow cheese, fresh basil leaves and sliced tomato for lunch - they were lovely.

Also if anyone knows the new password for the week I'd be grateful. (I know last weeks' was L****L and will work until Thursday but I like to be prepared with the new one!!)

    Thanks,
    TG xxx

Hello, well done to all the losers , especially BJD = that's an enormous amount to lose. Interesting that you have got used to less food so quickly - how long did you stay on the fast forward for?
Kelly,I remember feeding my son beetrott when he was little and being worried when his nappy went kind of orange - I was sure he had a kidney infection until a friend said it had happened to her kid after eating too much beetroot. Interestingly he won't touch the stuff now!

I'm having a very MSE green day - using up yesterday's raatatouille on the day before yesterday's pasta! Yummy
Tonight it's a bit of pork as a HEB, with the left over couscous.
