Hi Sue, welcome to the thread

I assume you mean the chocolate souffles ?

    4 sachets Cadbury Chocolate highlights
    1 level tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp artificial sweetener
    2 sachets gelatine
    2 egg whites
    1 orange

Place the Highlights poweder cocoa and sweetener in a jug. Pour over 1 pint boiling water and stir. Sprinkle over the gelatine, leave for 6-8 mins to dissolve, whisk then set aside to cool

When the mixture is cool, place the egg white sin a bowl and whisk until lightly peaked. Using a metal spoon, carefully fold into the chocolate mixture

Make collars with baking parchment and use the line four glasses, expending 1 in above the rim. Divide the mixture between the glasses to come half inch above the rim, transfer to the fridge and chill for 4-5 hours to until set

To serve, cut the organe into wedges, carefully remove the collars from the souffles and serve with the orange.

  • Hi guys,

All good losses this week well done one and all!!

Advice needed from you lovely people if I may.

I'm getting stuck with lunches, I work full time and 9 times out of 10 I'm 'on the road' during lunchtime. I work two jobs and don't have much time to prepare stuff the night before.

Other than sandwiches, which is all I seem to eat nowadays, what can I have instead???? I thought as I have a night off tonight that I might try the cous cous receipe that is in the new magazine and make loads and chill it so I can have that for lunches instead although I'm not sure how I'm going to get on eating that in whatever layby I manage to find myself in tomorrow lunchtime!!

But different ideas would be great, generally I'm using both HEB on breakfast and on lunch and would sometimes like to use it for dinner instead.

Does this post even make sense?!! LOL

Thanks in advance for your help.

TMD - maybe you could get 1 of those travel kettles that plug into the cig lighter.that way you take mug shots/dried pasta pots/cous cous on a green day.lots of them are free but not all so you might need to trawl SW syns online to check.as for red days it's got to be salad and protein i guess but you could an omelette cut into big chunks though obviously that does involve cooking........

ooooh, what about cereal?take it in a tub and milk in a bottle and have a cooked breakfast.scrambled eggs take a couple in minutes to cook,as does bacon(red) and baked beans(green)

look on ebay,or quicker, cheaper and easier than that just trawl through your local charity shops.i would bypass the shiny air conditioned ones in favour of the smelly looking onesthey are generally best for shiny 80's stuff (particularly shell suits for some reason!)though at the moment there's 80's stuff everywhere in the shops brand new.personally,it makes me shudder:eek: but young people seem to love it......

The sun is shining on my screen and I pressed this thread instead of the one I aimed for, and wow, on Saturday I cleaned out my baking drawer and found some gelatin and a load of drinking chocolate samples left from last summers holiday. I read down the posts and was wondering why all the normal poster on my thread were suddenly into slimming:rotfl:
I'm pleased I did because charlies_mum has kindly written out a recipe which is perfect for supper tomorrow. I doubt I would have got round to looking without it.
    Thank you
