Thanks, but I've got tins of those as well and had found them. I seem to have tins of mixed beans from virtually every supermarket in my cupboard!! :rotfl:

It's the Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad and Asda Oriental Style Bean Mix that I couldnt find. I'm hoping they're free as I've used a tin of each in my Bean Chilli tonight!

    Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has any 'day of the weigh' tips :D:D . It is my day tomorrow - 6.30pm. I weighed myself this morning, and was the same weight as I was on the morning of my last weigh in. This doesn't look good for a loss!

    Today I have eaten:

Strawberries, grapes and very low fat fromage frais (all free)

    Jacket potato with beans (free)

    Hi-Fi Bar (HEB)

More strawberries, grapes, banana, muller light with a tbsp of Asda good for you choc sauce (2.5 syns I think) and 2 sesame ryvita (HEB) with 2 extra light laughing cow trianges (HEA).

I use milk in teas as well for HEA. Drank lots of water too.

Do you think eating less bulky food will help shift a bit of weight? What do people do on the day of their weigh in - especially when its later on. I normally have my tea afterwards  . I really wanted to lose 1.5 lbs this week to get my half stone!! Any ideas very welcome.

As far as I know there are no sausages of any kind listed as HEBs!

Ooops, good job I didn't eat them then!. our local butcher makes them himself and swears that they are 100% meat but I'm not convinced now I've tasted them!

HOpe everyone who's weighing in tonight has a good time. I would so like to go to a group. Today I've been eating a lot of fruit as all the red berries are in season here now - yum yum (and a lot of them are speed I think so that should help!).

Went to W/I last night, and despite having a week off on holiday, I have lost 7lbs over two weeks. Am over the moon:)

On the way there I went to Tesco, they had the Mugshots someone mentioned, 20 or 21p each. I was expecting 60p+.

Well done all you who have lost, hang in there if you haven't. Miracles do happen.

I bought sweet and sour, and chicken and mushroom, but I've not tried them yet.

trying to get my head around SW still with the help of the magazine and website as no classes in my area at suitable times.

on green days can I eat freely vegetables and on red days meat/carbs?

    sorry if i sound dim.

after watching ITV's big baby program last night, i am more determined to shift some of this lard.

  • Hello!!

I am so excited to have found a SW thread on MSE! I've been using MSE for a while as I'm buying a house (yep, I'm one of those few crazy buyers out there at the moment!!!) but I didn't for a minute think I'd find SW on here! Woohoo!

I joined last week, had a good week apart from 2 days in a hotel for work, which was tough. Weighed in yesterday and I lost 2½! *beams*

I have about 2½ stone to lose to get to target....

I just wanted to say hello. I'm going to go trawl through the threads now.

    H :)
