Have no knowledge of dmp/iva etc but just wanted to say I hope you are ok. These companies forget you are a person and not just a number and surely have to assume some responsibility for handing out silly amounts of credit to people.
I hope that the new year will bring about a better time for you.0 -
Hi moneymeltdown ,
Just popped back in to see how you are getting on ....
You seem to be a little happier now than what you were on Christmas eve ....
Am very pleased that 10past6 has been able to help you.....
Take care of yourself ..... Things are starting to get better for you ....
Keep smiling ....... Don't let the bug*ers grind you down !....

i went to court today to get the correct forms to fill in to have the SD set aside. i am just filling them in now and i have to fill in when the SD was served.it was christmas eve 24th december 2008. HOWEVER...the date on the SD it says 4th December 2008. If the SD was issued on the 4th december and i did not receive until the 24th december, how can I then have the 18 days in which to have it set aside??
i did not notice this mistake while at court...can't believe that this is so stressful...can anyone help ?
