  • do the 'prescribed terms' of a cca have to state:

    i) a credit limit or amount of credit
    ii) the rate of interest
    iii) a repayment schedule
    ?

because this document doesn't appear to have this information on it.

It must contain what I posted earlier, if they don't have the information most creditors / DCAs wil send you what they believe to be acceptable.

However, they must conply with what legislation states, if theyf ail to do so they enter default, and any action taken by them can be viewed as illegal.

I think you need bankruptcy..you have no equity in your house..do yourself a favour and get rid of this debt in 12 months.....why oh why do you think you can keep this up for 27 years...good luck and think about it....
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
  • hi 10past6 i have sent the PM twice...have you still not got it?
