  • hello all, firstly a massive thankyou to everyone here who offered me support and offers of food! your kindness has really touched me and made me feel a lot happier and less lonely :) xx

i got through yesterday even though it seemed like one of the longest days of my life. the dca did return on christmas eve but didn't ring my bell... they just posted the SD through the letter box so i got that on christmas day. gulp. for such an important document,it seems odd that it would just be hand delivered with no proof of delivery/signature etc

i do have what looks like an application form here from MBNA...does this count as a cca? x

  • also, the cca wasn't sent to me within the 12+2 time period. i have just been googling statutory demands and it's really scaring me

Don't Post Any Personal Details, Not Even To Me In A Pm If You Can Help It.

It may well be, but if it's not got the "Prescribed Terms" on it they can *** off

    NO

    A valid CCA must have

    Amount of repaymnets

    Number of repyments

    Dates of repayments

    Frequency & timings of repayments

How they are laid out can vary, but the "Precribed Terms" above must be on show.
