Deep breath, cup of sweet tea ....
Right, that's the worst bit over and done with. You know the worst now, which means that you can start to deal with it. And CCCS are great - you are not alone. You also have everyone on this forum.
You are not alone in this, you have lots of support and help right here.
Big hugs (rather dodgy ones!)

:hello:
Just wanted to say that as above poster said you have taken the first big massive step, admitting to yourself you have the debt.
You will be fine. The CCCS will help you as will this board.

Nice cup of tea, take a few minutes to let it sink in, and then be positive about how you're going to crack it!!!
Mine started opff at about £56k so whilst its not anywhere near yours it was still enough to scare the life out of me!!!
CCCS are great, just give it all time to settle down and get the DMP or whatever you get going into the flow and then things will start to look up. Its not gonna be easy, but boy is it gonna be worth it.

The Coop Cashminder?
They will give that to people who are "bankrupt", so you should be OK.
Otherwise, check the list from rayday2.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
