Regardless great to see you taking control and moving forward so positively! Hugs for you and happy new year! Onwards and upwards in 2009!!
i was advised by the cccs in the summer to change bank accounts then write to all my creditors and make them all repayment offers - most of them refused my offers - the cccs did not suggest an iva or bankruptcy for my situation."happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0 -
I am paying off what I can at the moment and attempting to fend off statutory demands and court action! It's really really hard with very little money at the moment - I am doing my best"happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0

would it be worth ringing cccs again? Hang in there...at the end of the day you cant give them what you dont have!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

hi insearchofme..I think the main problem is my expenditure exceeds my income AND I am self employed. there is really nothing left to pay back the creditors as cccs said the priority debts like my tax bill have to be paid first.
i will call my counsellor again though..thanks for the suggestion x"happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0 -
Happy New Year MMD! Hope you're able to keep the positive outlook you seem to have had for the past few days for the rest of the year and beyond until it's all solved.0

If you can post it up I'll take a look, remember MMD the letters you receive are only "threats" of what they "may" do, only worry as and when they take any action.
i have found the 'cca' that RMA resolve have sent. it looks exactly like an application form that i have filled in and signed.
a section of it has been highlighted...it reads...
This is a Credit Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Sign it only if you want to be legally bound by its terms
I have a letter from RMA Resolve stating
Please find enclosed a copy of the signed Credit Agreement. We are unable to send you any deed of assignment as we have not been assigned the debt but are acting on behalf of American Express upon instruction.
Can you help with any advice on what to do next? thankyou very much!"happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0
