Just heat chocolate milk (i.e the one you buy in the chiller) and serve with cream on top...
...mouth's watering just thinking about it...
...off you go, what are you waiting for. That's how the Belgians do it and surely, they are the expertsI haven't got one!0 -
Hot melted bounty? I don't need any more convincing - I just wish I hadn't had so much tea now so I'll have to wait til tomorrow.0

heat the milk then pu tsome chocolate in it and whizz it in a blender
thats how they make it in Bulgaria, but often with the welcome addition of a glug of brandy and some cream. I would not say that hot choc is very good for children as a bedtime drink, unless of course they are going to brush their teeth afterwards.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Isn't that how they do hot chocolate in France - just grated plain chocolate melted in a little hot milk to make a paste and then top up with the rest of the hot milk and stir.
By the way, Cointreau is very good added to a chocolate cake mix."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
